LinkedInYi (“we”, “us”) provides a multi-user SaaS control plane for LinkedIn outreach that runs via a browser companion. This page explains what we collect and why. It is a product baseline — not a substitute for formal legal review.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, username, authentication and security settings.
- Workspace data you create: campaigns, lists, templates, inbox metadata, analytics aggregates, license and plan status.
- Operational logs needed to run the product (job status, risk events, companion pairing).
- Contact form submissions if you reach out via the website.
How we use data
We use data to provide the service, enforce plan limits, improve reliability, send transactional email (verification, password reset), and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Companion / LinkedIn
Actions execute in your browser session. LinkedIn content processed for campaigns and inbox sync is stored as needed to operate features you enable. You remain responsible for compliance with LinkedIn’s terms and applicable law.
Retention & access
Account holders can request access or deletion by contacting us. We retain data while your account is active and as required for security, billing, or legal obligations.
